Carolyn Shelby

With more than two decades in Internet technologies and digital marketing, I began my career co-founding an ISP near Purdue in 1994. After a successful exit from the ISP, where I was deeply involved in systems administration and managing web hosting and dial-up internet services, I transitioned to providing organic SEO strategy and training to enterprise and publishing clients. My leadership in SEO at Tribune Publishing enhanced visibility for top news publications like the Chicago Tribune and Los Angeles Times, and I led SEO strategies at ESPN (domestic and international), tackling the unique challenges of the sports media landscape.

Lissa Duty

My vast work experience over the past 25+ years ranging from entrepreneurial social media consulting, customer service, marketing operations manager, office manager and executive assistant has given me a hands-on “go getter” determination. I quickly and easily leverage both my analytical and creative ability to keep organized, focused and achieve success for the many projects I manage.

I have specific expertise in leveraging social networking sites, such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter to increase brand awareness. I started out as a virtual Assistant that specializes in Social Media Marketing in 2009, and am known online as the “Online Social Coach”.

I focus on four major areas in my work:

• Corporate Branding and Marketing
• Organizing and leading digital marketing initiatives
• Social Media Speaking, Training and Coaching
• Online Solutionist

One of my passions is solving problems in my work, which is where the “Online Solutionist” came to fruition. Many times peers come to me with a online dilemma of some type from the best way to manage their email, newsletter, and social media profiles, to needing a project manager to keep their web designer, book publisher, blogger, and assistant working seamlessly to complete a major project. I enjoy a challenge and have tackled many projects of this nature. The outcome always equals success for my clients, which means success for me!
